Cream together:
½ lb. butter
2 cups sugar
Add one at a time and mix well after each addition:
6 eggs
Add and mix well
1 – 12 oz. box Vanilla wafers – crushed
½ cup half and half
1 – 7 oz. pkg. flaked coconut
1 cup chopped pecans
Bake in a greased and lined 10 inch tube pan. If you don’t have parchment paper waxed paper will work. I always spray my wax paper with Pam too.
300° for 1 hour or more. Test with toothpick.
Serve a thin slice topped with whipped cream.
