CHEESE POTATO CASSEROLE
2 pkgs. shredded hash brown potatoes (48 oz.)
¼ cup melted butter
2 cups sour cream
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese (save some for top)
4 oz. cream cheese
½ pt. whipping cream
½ tsp. onion salt
salt and pepper to taste
Mix all together. Put into a greased 9 X 13 pan and sprinkle top with ¼ cup cheese and paprika for color.
Bake at 300° for 1 hour.
