2 jars marinated artichoke hearts                            1/8 tsp oregano

1 small onion, minced                                             1/8 tsp pepper

1 clove garlic, minced                                             Tabasco to taste

4 eggs                                                                    1/2 lb. cheddar cheese, grated

1.4 cup fine bread crumbs                                       2 Tbs minced parsley

1/4 tsp salt

Drain oil from 1 jar of artichokes into skillet.

Drain and discard oil in other jar.

Chop hearts.

Cook onion and garlic 5 minutes in marinade.

Beat eggs.  Add crumbs, seasonings, and rest of ingredients.

Bake in 7 by 11 pan at 325 degrees for 30 minutes or until set.  Cool.

Cut into bit-size pieces.

Serve hot or cold.

Makes several dozen
