OATMEAL CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES
Cream together:
1 cup butter
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
Add:
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
Combine and then mix into creamed mixture:
2 cups flour
1 ½ cups quick oatmeal
½ tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
Add:
12 oz. milk chocolate chips
4 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
(or any combination of these 2) I do equal amounts-8 oz. each
1 ½ cups chopped pecans
Bake at 375° on ungreased cookie sheet for 8-10 minutes.
