Caramel Popcorn

Pop 1 & 2/3 cups of popcorn kernels.

Try to pick out the un-popped kernels and then prepare the caramel coating.

1 lb of brown sugar

1 cup Karo Syrup

Boil for 5 minutes and then add:

1 can of sweetened condensed milk

1 cube of butter

Boil to a softball stage.

If you are testing in water, make sure it’s the full softball stage.  It should hold a soft form when pressed.

Mix with popcorn until popcorn is fully covered.
