Yummy & Easy Mashed Potatoes

1 pound of Red Potatoes, washed with skins left on

½ Cube of Cream Cheese

½ Cup of Milk or Cream

6 TBSP of Butter

Salt & Pepper to taste

Boil potatoes until very soft (about 20 to 30 minutes).  Drain the water from the pan.  Smash the potatoes a little bit and then add Cream Cheese, Milk & Butter.  Take beaters and whip the potatoes until creamy in texture.  Add Salt & Pepper to taste.
