2 boneless chicken breasts
2 Quarts Water
2 cubes chicken bouillon
1/2 c. diced onions
3/4 c. thinly sliced carrots
1 cube softened butter
1/4 c. flour
1 1/2 c. cooked cubed potatoes
1 small can evaporated milk
Salt & Pepper to taste

In a large pan, cover chicken with water or chicken broth and bring to a boil. Cook until tender and then cool and cut into bite-sized pieces:
2 whole chickens OR 4 whole chicken breasts (both sides = 8 single breasts)
