Reynold’s Family Pork Tenderloin
I got this recipe from one of my dear friends, and it is very simple, and very yummy.
1 Pork Tenderloin
1/2 Cup White Wine (or cooking wine)
1/2 Cup Regular Mustard (French’s is ideal)
Pepper – to taste
1 Large Zip-Lock bag
Put everything in the Zip-Lock bag and let sit in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.
Turn grill on – Or Broil in the Oven.
Grill the pork loin for about 15 minutes – or until the center temperature reaches 145°F.
Remove from grill or over and let rest for about 10 minutes before serving.
