Popcorn Balls

Pop 1 2/3 Cups of Popcorn. Try to pick out all of the old maids and then prepare the caramel coating.
Boil 5 minutes:
1 lb Brown Sugar
1 Cup White Karo Syrup
Then add:
1 Can Eagle Brand Condensed Milk
1 Cube of Butter
Boil to softball stage (225˚- 227˚F). If you are testing in ice water, be sure it’s the full softball stage. It should hold a soft form when pressed.
Pour caramel over popcorn, stir well, butter your hands and form into balls. Wrap in wax paper.



This sounds very tasty. I like all your recipes. I tried one and it was really good. I have a business catering in San Francisco, so I may use it one day.
