Linzer Cookies

Overnight Pizza Dough

Important Note: The sponge needs to rest overnight; the dough needs to rise for about eight hours.  This is not a quick pizza dough recipe, but it is well worth the time.

Jill’s Peanut Butter Popcorn

2 Bags Microwave Popcorn – popped with the old maids removed

Popcorn Balls

Pop 1 2/3 Cups of Popcorn.  Try to pick out all of the old maids and then prepare the caramel coating.
Boil 5 minutes:
1 lb Brown Sugar
1 Cup White Karo Syrup

2 cups sugar
1 1/2 cup dark Karo syrup
1 cup butter
2 cups cream

Stovetop Popcorn

3 Tbsp canola, peanut or grapeseed oil (high smoke point oil)

Chocolate Oat Fingers

1 stick butter
5 ounces dark cooking chocolate
¼ cup coconut
½ cup condensed milk
½ cup craisins
½ chopped walnuts
2 cups quick-cooking oats
powdered sugar for dusting
