5 Cups Rolled Oats
1 Cup Bran
1 Cup Wheat Germ
3/4 Cup Brown Sugar
1/2 Cup Sunflower Seeds (unsalted or raw)

Mix in a bowl and set aside:
2 Cup Flour
1 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Soda
Cream together:
1 up Shortening
1 Cup Brown Sugar
1 Cup White Sugar
Then add to the sugar mixture:
2 Eggs
Then add 1 Cup Peanut Butter to the Sugar mixture. Slowly add the flour mixture, and beat together until fully incorporated. Then add Vanilla.

1 bag of fresh Cranberries
Juice from 1 Lime
1 bunch Cilantro
1 bunch Green Onions
1/2 cup Sugar
1 Jalapeno Pepper

Place all ingredients in your food processor and run until they are completed blended.
Serve with chips or on top of cream cheese or whatever sounds good.

This is one of the best cookies I have ever had.  I highly recommend them!!

Linzer Cookies

¾ lb. unsalted butter at room temp
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
3 ½ cups flour
¼ tsp. salt
¾ cup good raspberry preserves

1 3/4 cups granulated sugar
2 1/4 cups packed light-brown sugar
4 large eggs
3 cups plus 2 tablespoons pastry flour*

Overnight Pizza Dough

Important Note: The sponge needs to rest overnight; the dough needs to rise for about eight hours.  This is not a quick pizza dough recipe, but it is well worth the time.

Jill’s Peanut Butter Popcorn

2 Bags Microwave Popcorn – popped with the old maids removed
Boil for 1 minute: 1 Cup Sugar
½ Cup Honey
½ Cup Karo Syrup
