BROCCOLI SALAD

1 large bunch of broccoli, cut up
1 cup dried cranberries or raisins
½  red onion, chopped (put in as much or as little of this as you like)
6 slices bacon, cooked crisp and broken up
1 cup cashews 
Dressing:
½ cup mayo
¼ cup sugar
2 T. Japanese rice vinegar or white vinegar 
Mix together right before serving.

Dinner Rolls
 
6 Cups Flour (Approximately)
2 Cups Warm Water
¼ Cup Sugar
1 ½ TBSP Yeast
1 Cup Milk
1 TBSP Salt
5 TBSP Shortening
 
Mix all of the above ingredients except flour.  Gradually add 6 Cups of flour.  Mix until dough pulls away from sides of mixer and forms a ball.  Let rise for 20 Minutes.
