1 c. butter             1 c. light corn syrup
2 1/4 c. brown sugar    1 can sweet condensed milk
Dash of salt            1 tsp vanilla
 
Over medium heat, melt butter, sugar and salt. Stir in corn syrup (blend very well every time) gradually add milk stirring constantly.

VEGETABLE DIP

1 Cup mayonnaise
1 1/2 Tbsp dry onion
1 1/2 tsp Lawry’s seasoning salt
3/4 tsp accent
3 drops Tabasco
1 Cup sour cream
1 1/2 Tbsp dry parsley
1 1/2 tsp dry dill weed
 
Mix and chill 24 hours before serving.

1 carton of sour cream
Equal amounts of mayonnaise
1 tsp monosodium glutamate
1 wedge of blue cheese or Roquefort (whichever you prefer)
 
Crumble cheese and add to sour cream. Mix with blender and let set in refrigerator for one day.

Apple Syrup

Mix together in saucepan:
          1 cup sugar
          2 T. cornstarch
Add and cook together until it boils 1 minute:
          2 cups apple cider
          2 T. lemon juice
          2 tsp. cinnamon
          ½ tsp. ginger
          ¼ tsp. nutmeg
Remove from heat and blend in:
          ½ cup butter

This is so simple to make, simple presentation…yet yummy!
1 - 16 OZ. CAN REFRIED BEANS
1 – 8 OZ PKG. CREAM CHEESE
1 CUP SOUR CREAM
½ PKG CHILI SEASONING MIX
¼ CUP GREEN ONIONS
GRATED CHEESE ON TOP
 MIX ABOVE INGREDIENTS AND TOP WITH CHEESE.  BAKE AT 250 FOR 1 HOUR.  SERVE WITH TORTILLA CHIPS.

1 sheet frozen puff pastry (half a 17.25 oz. pkg) thawed
4 ounces Roquefort blue cheese
1 large egg, lightly beaten with 1 tsp. cold water

3 oz cream cheese at room temperature
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice, or to taste
1 teaspoon curry powder
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon turmeric
1 scallion, trimmed and finely chopped
Garnish: scallion greens, sliced diagonally.  Place all in blender; blend.

1/3 Cup Chili Powder
1 Cup Paprika
1 ½ TBSP Thyme Leaves
1 ½ TBSP Celery Leaves
2 ½ TBSP Granulated Garlic
2 ½ TBSP Oregano
2 ½ TBSP Dried Basi
l½ TBSP Cayenne Pepper
1/3 Cup Kosher Salt  Mix all ingredients together.  Store in air tight container

3 tbs extra virgin olive oil
3 tbs rice vinegar or red wine vinegar
2 tbs freshly squeezed lime juice
1 tbs lime zest
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
1/8 tsp honey
1 pinch ground cumin
1 1/2 tbs fresh cilantro
Fresh ground pepper and salt to taste  Put all ingredients in blender and puree. Refrigerate before serving.

1 – 7oz Jar of Marshmallow Cream
1 – 8oz pkg. Cream Cheese (softened)
1 Tbsp. Shredded
Orange Peel
Dash of Ginger 
Soften cream cheese, add marshmallow cream gradually, then add other ingredients.  Whip until fluffy.  Serve with fresh fruit (strawberries, grapes, apple slices, etc.)
