This recipe makes about 2 quarts.  8oz jars are the perfect size to use, especially if you are giving the jelly as a gift.
I usually double this recipe, which makes about 15 - 8oz jars.

Mix together in saucepan:
          1 cup sugar
          2 T. cornstarch
Add and cook together until it boils 1 minute:
          2 cups apple cider
          2 T. lemon juice
          2 tsp. cinnamon
          ½ tsp. ginger
          ¼ tsp. nutmeg
Remove from heat and blend in:
          ½ cup butter

1 Can Crushed Pineapple (drain liquid)
