RASPBERRY RHUBARB PIE

Preheat oven to 350°
Combine:
1/3 cup flour
1 ½ lbs. rhubarb, trimmed and cut into ½ inch pieces (4 cups)
1 ¼ cups sugar
juice of ½ lemon
Let stand while you prepare pie crust for a 9.5 inch deep dish pie pan.

Lime Curd

4 Limes
1 ½ Cup Sugar
¼ lb of unsalted butter at room temperature
4 large eggs at room temperature
1/8 tsp salt
2 drops of green food coloring

FRUIT PIZZA

Sugar cookie dough
You may also use pre-made dough from grocery store
1- 8 oz. pkg. Cream cheese
1- 8 oz. Cool Whip
½ cup sugar

2 Cups Oatmeal Cereal Squares
2 Cups Corn Cereal Squares
2 Cups Mini Pretzels
1 Cup Whole, Unsalted Almonds
¼ Cup Butter
1/3 Cup Frozen Orange Juice Concentrate, Thawed
3 TBSP Brown Sugar

Fruit Crap aka Fruit Cobbler

1 Can of Fruit Pie Filling
1 Package of Cake Mix (do not make cake mix)
2/3 Cup Butter, Melted

Put fruit pie filling in a 9×9” pan
Put dry cake mix on top of pie filling
Drizzle melted butter on top

Carmel Dip

1 Cup Butter
2 ¼ C Brown Sugar
Dash of Sale
1 Cup Light Corn Syrup
1 Can Sweet & Condensed Milk
1 Tsp Vanilla
Over medium heat, melt butter, sugar & salt.  Stir in corn syrup (blen very, very, very well with each addition).  Gradually add milk, stirring constantly.

Banana Nut Bread

3 Ripe Bananas, Well Mashed
2 Eggs, Well Beaten
2 Cups Flour
¾ Cup Sugar
½ Cup Shortening or Margarine

Orange Dip for Fresh Fruit

1 – 7oz Jar of Marshmallow Cream
1 – 8oz pkg. Cream Cheese (softened)
1 Tbsp. Shredded Orange Peel
Dash of Ginger
Soften cream cheese, add marshmallow cream gradually, then add other ingredients.  Whip until fluffy.
Serve with fresh fruit (strawberries, grapes, apple slices, etc.)

LEMON-GLAZED BUTTER CAKE

PREHEAT OVEN TO 325.  Grease and flour a bunt pan or tube pan.
CREAM TOGETHER UNTIL FLUFFY (about 3-5 minutes):
¾ LB BUTTER, SOFTENED
3 CUPS SUGAR
