Space Dust Bars

Makes 18 servings
1 bag (12 oz) White Chocolate Chips
1/3 Cup Butter or Margarine
2 Cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
1 Cup Chopped Pecans
2 cans (12oz each) Apricot Dessert Filling

Apple Brickle Dip

1 8oz package of Cream Cheese
½ Cup Brown Sugar, packed
¼ Cup Granulated Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 package English Toffee Bits
In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, sugars & vanilla.  Fold in desired amount of toffee bits.
Serve with apple wedges.

Melon Brain

1 12-ounce container frozen cranberry juice cocktail, thawed
1 cup water
1 cup (packed) golden brown sugar
1 cinnamon stick, broken in half
1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
1 6-ounce package dried tart cherries*

RASPBERRY RHUBARB PIE

Preheat oven to 350°
Combine:
1/3 cup flour
1 ½ lbs. rhubarb, trimmed and cut into ½ inch pieces (4 cups)
1 ¼ cups sugar
juice of ½ lemon

FRUIT PIZZA

Sugar cookie dough
You may also use pre-made dough from grocery store
1- 8 oz. pkg. Cream cheese
1- 8 oz. Cool Whip
½ cup sugar
