Makes a bunch!
Ingredients
1 pound unsalted butter
1 3/4 cups granulated sugar
2 1/4 cups packed light-brown sugar
4 large eggs
3 cups plus 2 tablespoons pastry flour*
3 cups bread flour
1 tablespoon salt
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract

1 ¼ C Butter or Margarine softened
2 C Sugar
2 Eggs
2 tsp Vanilla
2 C unsifted all-purpose Flour
¾ C Cocoa

Cream together:
1 cup butter
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
Add:
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
Combine and then mix into creamed mixture:
2 cups flour
1 ½ cups quick oatmeal
½ tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
Add:
12 oz. milk chocolate chips
4 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips

¾ CUP BUTTER
1 CUP SUGAR
2 EGGS
1 TSP VANILLA
2 2/1 CUPS FLOUR
1 TSP BAKING POWDER
1 TSP SALT
CREAM BUTTER AND SUGAR. ADD EGGS AND VANILLA. MIX ALL OTHER DRY INGREDIENTS. COVER AND CHILL FOR 1 HOUR.
ROLL OUT AND CUT. PLACE ON UNGREASED COOKIE SHEET.
BAKE IN 400 OVEN FOR 6-8 MINUTES.
Double the recipe. It doesn’t make a ton.

½ cup Dutch-processed cocoa powder
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
Melt in the microwave:
