1 c. butter             1 c. light corn syrup
2 1/4 c. brown sugar    1 can sweet condensed milk
Dash of salt            1 tsp vanilla

Honey Taffy

½ Cup Honey
2 TBSP Sugar (White or Brown)
2-3 TBSP Butter  Boil all ingredients together for 10 minutes, stirring constantly. Pour into greased pan, let cool until taffy mixture is cool enough to handle.Pull with buttered hands until taffy turns white.Form into bite size pieces, and let cool completely. ENJOY!

COCONUT MACAROONS

Mix:
          1/3 cup unbleached flour
          2 ½ cups shredded coconut
1/8 tsp. salt
 
Add:
          2/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
          1 tsp. vanilla
 
Grease pan well. Drop by tablespoons and bake at 350° for 15-20 minutes. Remove immediately. Only makes about 10 cookies.

Rice Krispies – Caramel Style
 
1 Cup Brown Sugar (packed)
1 Cup Light Corn Syrup
1 Stick of Butter
 
Boil all ingredients for 3 minutes
 
Add 1 7oz. can of Sweetened Condensed Milk
 
Boil for 3 more minutes
 
Remove from heat
 
Gradually add 10 cups crisp rice cereal*
Mix Well
Pour into greased pan, cut & enjoy!
 
* You can use other cereals if you want.
