1/3 Cup Chili Powder
1 Cup Paprika
1 ½ TBSP Thyme Leaves
1 ½ TBSP Celery Leaves

1 CUP MAYONAISE
2 TBL OF BACON GREASE (optional)
1 – 0.4 OZ HIDDEN VALLEY RANCH DRESSING MIX
BEST IF MADE 6-24 HOURS IN ADVANCE.
SALAD:
8-10 MEDIUM RED POTATOES
4-6 STRIPS COOKED, CRUMBLED BACON
1 BUNCH GREEN ONIONS, DICED
BOIL POTATOES TILL SOFT. MASH SOME OF THE POTATOES, KEEPING OTHERS SOMEWHAT LUMPY. STIR IN SAUCE, BACON AND ONIONS.

BBQ Chicken Recipe

BBQ Chicken
½ Cup Tomato Juice
¾ Cup & 1 ½ Tsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 TBSP Brown Sugar
1 Bay Leaf
½ Tsp Salt
¼ Tsp Ground Red Pepper
¼ Tsp Dry Mustard
Dash of pepper
3 Lbs. Chicken
1 Cup Thinly sliced onions
Make Sauce (cook for 10 minutes) pour over chicken and bake at 350°F for 1 hour.

Chipotle Burgers Recipe

CHIPOTLE BURGERS
Mix together and form into patties
1.5 lbs. of ground beef
3 chipotle chilies
3 T. adobo sauce
¾ tsp. oregano
¼ tsp. cumin
3 minced green onions
1 ½ tsp. salt
Grill over hot coals.
Serve on buns with guacamole and salsa.
