Carmen’s Flan Recipe

1 Can Evaporated Milk
1 Equal Can Regular Milk
1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk
3 eggs
3 ounces cream cheese softened
1 tsp vanilla
Mix it all in a blender
Melt 2 cups white sugar
Put flan in water bath and bake for 45-55 minutes at 350 degrees f.
Light golden on top & knife comes out clean.
