TACO SOUP

1 lb. Ground beef, browned and drained

1 15oz Can stewed tomatoes (un-drained)

1 15oz Red kidney beans (un-drained)

1 8oz Can tomato sauce

1 pkg. Taco seasoning mix (2 Tbs.)

 

Mix together. Heat to boiling and serve. Top with 1 Tbs. Grated cheddar cheese. Serves. 8.

 

For variations try chicken broth and black beans. Can do in crock pot too! This recipe is one that a good friend made for me when I lived in Yuma and I love it with corn bread or scones.
