ORANGE BUTTERMILK SALAD

1 20oz Can crushed pineapple
2 cups buttermilk
1 6oz Orange jell-o
1 8oz Tub cool whip
In saucepan bring pineapple with juice to boil. Stir in jell-o until dissolved. Remove from heat, stir in buttermilk. Cool to room temp. Fold in whipped topping. Pour into 11×7x2 inch dish or 2 qt. bowl. Chill for at least 4 hrs. Makes 10 servings

Very tasty recipe. I dove in a bit earlier than 4 hours because I couldn’t wait, but still turned out very good, thanks.
That is one salad that I wouldn’t mind eating! I’ll have to try it. I want to eat healthy but I absolutely hate lettuce so it’s nice to find other ways to have a delicious meal.
