Cake Mix Cookies

Ingredients

½ a Box of any standard cake mix (1 & 2/3 Cups)

1 Egg

1 ½ TBSP Vegetable Oil

Directions

1. Pre heat oven to 350°F

2. Grease Cookie Sheet

3. Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl

4. Stir with a spoon until well mixed (it will take a few minutes, but the dough should form a big stiff ball.)

5. Drop onto cookie sheet

6. Slightly flatten cookies

7. Bake for 12-15 minutes

8. Remove from cookie sheet and let cool
