1–1 lb. can of crab (you get them at Costco—about $14.00 a can) Mix: 1 egg2 large T Mayo1 large T Mustard1 tsp.

Old
Bay seafood seasoning1/4 t.+ salt and pepperCrab Mix with two forks.Patty into 4 patties and refrigerate about 30 minutes.Fry in butter or Broil 7 minutes per side

¾ CUP UNSWEETENED
COCOA POWDER
¼ CUP SUGAR
½ CUP BOILING WATER
1 PKG  (16 OZ) ANGEL FOOD CAKE MIX
1 TBL BAKING POWDER
1 ¼ CUP WATER
1 TBL INSTANT COFFEE POWDER, (optional)
1 ½ CUP SKIM MILK
1 PKG (1 1/3 oz) WHIPPED TOPPING MIX
1 PKG  INSTANT CHOCOLATE PUDDING MIX
 
 
PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 F.

8-10 MEDIUM RED POTATOES
4-6 STRIPS COOKED, CRUMBLED BACON
1 BUNCH GREEN ONIONS, DICED
 
BOIL POTATOES TILL SOFT.  MASH SOME OF THE POTATOES, KEEPING OTHERS SOMEWHAT LUMPY.  STIR IN SAUCE, BACON AND ONIONS.
