MARINATED SHRIMP HORS D’OEUVRES
A colorful hors d’ouvres served on a cabbage.  The recipe can be doubled or tripled for large occasions.
 
 
1 BAY LEAF
1 POUND LARGE SHRIMP (28 to 30), PEELED AND DEVEINED
15 –20 SNOW PEAS
1 SMALL GREEN CABBAGE
 
VINAIGRETTE:
½ CUP OLIVE OIL
3 TBL WHITE WINE VINEGAR
3 TBL DIJON MUSTARD

Cream together:
          ¾ lb. butter (3 cubes)
          3 cups sugar
 
Add one at a time and mix well after each addition:
          5 eggs
 
Sift together:
          3 cups flour
          ½ tsp. baking powder
          ½ tsp. salt
          4 T. cocoa

½ Cup + 1 TBSP Brown Sugar (Packed)
½ Cup + 1 TBSP Granulated Sugar

CHOCOLATE CHIP
MUFFINS

1 Egg
¼ Cup Vegetable Oil
½ Cup Sugar
1 Tsp. Salt
½ Cup Milk
1 ½ Cup Flour
2 Tsp. Baking Soda
1 Cup Chocolate Chips

Grease muffin tin.
Mix all ingredients with a wire wisk.
Don’t over mix.

Spoon mix into muffin tins ¾ full.

Bake at 400°F
Bake for 15 Minutes
